As your real estate agent, I'll bring my 29 years of experience successfully buying and selling homes in the local North San Diego County market. I know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, and zoning regulations. 

My experience had given me knowledge of what it takes to make the deal go through.  It takes a full-time commitment - anything less and you'd be short changed. As a full-time agent, I'm able to "work the market" for you, keeping up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market.  The wonders of the world-wide web enable you to access information in a variety of places.  However, some of the information may not be current and some of the information may need an expert's interpretation which only my experience can bring.
